Francisco Ruiz Guiñazú
He received a Law Degree from the Argentine Catholic University in 2007 and an MBA degree from San Andrés University in 2013 with an exchange program in Otto-Beischeim School of Management (Germany).
He advises clients in corporate matters and works regularly with matters related to corporations, mergers and acquisitions, entrepreneurship, renewable energy, among others.
He has participated in a wide variety of transactions such as the sale of BNL Argentina to HSBC for USD 155 million; the partnership of Rapsodia Group with L Catterton, the purchase of Caro Cuore and Baby Cottons by Rapsodia; several rounds of financing from entrepreneurs such as Tienda Nube, INI, Quasar Ventures, Leasing Club, Xamarin, Restorando, Trocafone, Fonselp, Streema, Evolve (Podcast App), Untech, Space AI, Posco, Untech, SumatoID, Dolarapp, among others.
He is the current undersecretary of the Argentine Geotherma Association.
