He obtained his law degree from the Universidad Católica Argentina, in 1997. In 2002, he obtained an LL.M. from Columbia University, where he took courses on corporate and finance law. He has specialized in representing clients, mainly foreign, in litigation, reorganization and bankruptcy matters. To a lesser extent, he has worked in matters related to corporate law, banking and capital markets.

Between 1996 and 2003 he worked for Allende & Brea and from 2003 to 2005, for Negri & Teijeiro.
