Our firm handles Intellectual property matters in association with "Kaufer Barbe & Vinent", a highly specialized law firm. Its founder, Pablo Heriberto Kaufer Barbe, has vast experience as a practitioner of IP law, and worked for four years as legal advisor at the Instituto Nacional de Tecnología Industrial (National Institute of Industrial Technology), and for five years as General Counsel and Director of Technology Transfer of the Instituto Nacional de la Propiedad Intelectual (National Institute of Industrial Property), the governmental agency where all trademarks and patents are registered.
