He obtained his law degree from the Universidad Católica Argentina in 1991. In 1993 he obtained an LL.M. from Duke University School of Law.

He specializes in commercial law and particularly in mergers and acquisitions. He is an invited professor of Entrepreneurship
at Universidad de San Andrés.

In 1993 he worked for several months at Studio Chiomenti in Rome, and in 1993-1994, he worked as a foreign associate at the New York office of Sullivan & Cromwell. Member of Allende & Brea as associate
